Apply for a role with Reo Group that suits your skills and/or experience.

This is a one hour, conversation-style interview with one of our Executive Leaders. The best way to prep is to spend some time thinking about experiences that have been formative to the point you’re at today. This part can be as personal or as professional as you want it to be, it’s all about you learning more about us, us learning about the person you are and how you align to our culture.

Meet with your hiring manager and learn more about the role on offer. They will learn more about your experience, how that experience will align with the role and where we collectively see your biggest growth opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to opt for a team member reference, which is a 30-minute chat with one of our team. This gives you the opportunity ask questions from their perspective and they can share some insights with you about working for Reo Group.

Your last two interviews are with our co-founders. At this point we will advise whether you have been successful with your application and offer you a role. If at this point you are unsuccessful, our team will explain our decision in detail and provide you with your growth reports to utilise in your further search and professional activities.
