Senior Occupational Therapist – NDIS ($90 – 105k + Super)

About the Role

Reo Group has been retained to partner with this high-performing team in their search for a Senior Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic and assessment services

  • Conduct and implement Occupational Therapy assessments, provide home modifications and work with participants to set clear goals
  • Partake in supervision of student Occupational Therapists and occasionally new employees to demonstrate effective evidence-based practice
  • Work with and engage colleagues and other service providers as necessary to provide effective client service
  • Implement programs for participants with psychosocial, emotional or physical disabilities
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients ensuring the highest level of standards are maintained

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current up to date registration with AHPRA
  • Have a minimum of 3 years working as an OT post-graduation
  • Demonstrate a history of clinical occupational therapy delivery
  • Hold a current driver’s license, vehicle, NDIS worker screening check and up to date vaccination certificate
  • Show an understanding of community care and the NDIS scheme
