Reporting to the Office Manager, this Administration Assistant will be responsible for looking after all administrative needs across the teams. You will communicate with key internal and external clients to ensure all areas of their day run smoothly. You will be actively involved in streamlining the current procedures and driving process improvement.
A typical day in this layered role will see you acting as a key point of contact for any customer queries, preparing material for the Sales team, processing orders and planning and supporting wine fairs, expos and other events.
- Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Provide support and guidance to on the road staff
- Booking meetings
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Support administration across projects
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and scanning
- Prepare marketing material for the Sales team
- Communicate with vendors and customers on a daily basis
You will be a mature minded individual with experience within a similar role. This hands-on, creative and layered role will see you showing problem solving skills and initiative to get the job done.
