Management Accountant : $100K – $110k + Super

Salary package: $100K – $110k + Super
Role Overview:
Reporting into the Senior Management Accountant, this position will play a key role to manage and control financials for this company. This includes responsibility to prepare, review, analyse and distribute financial data and reports to the management team and the ability to contribute to and deliver the expected profitability of the business.
This role will have the opportunity to work with different business groups within the organisation. The information and insights provided by this role will enable the business to improve revenue growth and highlight opportunities for improvement in accounting and business procedures. This is an opportunity to deliver key metrics and be influential in the company strategies.


  • Complete the successful and timely delivery of P&L reporting for all sites
  • Review all stock adjustment/valuation, accruals, WIP valuation and Wages, to ensure accurate and robust transactional control.
  • Manage and oversee all stocks reconciliations, ensure all reconciliations between various systems are completed with high quality standard.
  • Ensure minimised risks in stock variances and take proper actions on stock gains or losses.
  • Manage and deliver operational budget and forecast
  • Supply chain and Procurement reporting and analysis
  • Support business to develop capital expenditure plans, ensure its financially sound and deliverable.
  • Prepare feasibility analysis for CAPEX projects and assist in subsequent measurement and control
  • Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvements and work with management to implement.
  • Develop financial tracking mechanisms on Process Improvement Plans.
  • Tight financial control, especially on discretional operational and capital expenditures.
  • Business partner to the site management.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Provide detail and in-depth analysis on business performances, not limited to financial performances. Provide local and senior management insights on how the business perform and identify areas and opportunities to improve.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or equivilent from an accredited institution and 3 years relevant accounting experience.
  • CPA/CA qualified
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Strong Communicator with excellent Business Partnering, listening and interaction skills
  • Quality focus with proven conflict resolution skills
  • Structured and logical methodology
  • Ability to work well under mutiply deadlines and pressure
  • Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data
  • SAP and Pronto exposure VERY highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel skills – Power BI or VBA & Macros
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously; and the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Good judgment and problem solving ability & is capable of understanding the impact of decision making on the business
