Role Overview
Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, this Finance System Analyst will be responsible for level 1 and level 2 system support with Microsoft Great Plains. Create and maintain Documents and processes as well as the preparation of finance templates to enhance efficiency. Utilise your advanced SQL and VBA to debug queries.
Assist with reporting and upgrades to the system and month-end processes. Utilise your exceptional system skills to elevate the finance function and ensure efficiency and efficacy.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Systems Manager with projects and reporting .
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Dynamics Great Plains and the supporting suite of products.
- Assist with system admin when required.
- Assist with month-end reporting and close.
- Maintain issue logs and provide reports to management.
- Create and maintain documentation and licence agreements.
- Create, Amend and upload templates for Finance.
- Support Accounts Payable with DocuPhase.
- Report writing as required.
Candidate Profile
You are a highly energetic and system-savvy Accountant with exceptional problem-solving skills and strong experience with Microsoft Great Plains. You hold a finance or accounting-related degree with strong hands-on system experience. Ideally with advanced Excel skills and the ability to debug advanced SQL queries and have BI experience. Your exceptional attention to detail allows you to excel in your role with your clear and effective communication.
