Administrative Assistants – Up to $35 p/h + Super + Parking

Location: Multiple roles – 1 x Winston Hills and 1 x Macquarie Park with WFH options

Salary: Up to $35 per hour + Super + Parking

Role Benefit: Join these organisations during an exciting period of growth and expansion. One role based in Macquarie Park supporting the HR and Talent team for a 6-month contract, the other based in Winston Hills for a minimum 2-month term.

Role Overview

Reporting to the respective Manager, these Administrative Assistants will be responsible for looking after all administrative needs across their teams. On a daily basis, this Administrative Assistant will communicate with key internal and external clients to ensure all areas of their day run smoothly. You will be actively involved in streamlining the current procedures and driving process improvement.

With two contracts available, one role will support the Talent and HR team across administrative duties and the other will support the Leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the overall office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Provide support and guidance to on the road staff
  • Booking meetings
  • Liaising with external stakeholders
  • Diary management
  • Support administration across projects
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing and scanning
  • Communicate with vendors and customers on a daily basis

Candidate Profile

You will be a mature minded individual with experience within a similar role. Experience supporting the HR or Talent team/ Senior team members would be highly regarded although not essential. Both roles require the candidates to be hands on and proactive showing problem solving skills and initiative to get the job done.
